I had an incredible stay at this hotel! the value for money was outstanding. The prices were really affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall quality of the hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area but still within easy reach of the Olympic Marseille football club. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and even a little balcony. I particularly loved the big balcony in some of the rooms, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

I stayed only one night with my family for a short city trip and business. Hotel is located close to Avenue Prado where you can find metro or bus to access to the city center. Family room we stayed was fully equipped and clean.

The location was exceptionally nice and ideal, right by many restaurants. I loved practical rooms with fridge and microwave and very very helpful and excellent staff.

During my recent stay at the Citadines Prado Chanot, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent apartment provided. As a group of four visiting for a rugby match, we found the premises to be well-maintained and the staff incredibly helpful and efficient. The location, close to the metro, made getting around the city a breeze. Although the view was mostly of the surrounding built-up area, we still enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony each morning. The apartment itself was clean, well-presented, and equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchenette. And of course, the free WiFi was a definite plus. I had a great experience and would highly recommend the Citadines Prado Chanot for its value and quality.
